Onboarding IAM - Ent
Tasks
- Analyze customer whitespace for cross sell and upsell
- Build client relationships
- Complete account setup and fast track account creation
- Conduct customer QBR and unsolicited proposal support
- Coordinate order processing to meet shipment service levels
- Create maintain and manage customer standards and catalogs
- Demonstrate self service portals and trainings
- Escalate orders and assist with pricing verification
- Maintain pricing strategy and partner discounting
- Maintain relationships with distribution partners
- Maintain strategic relationships with manufacturer sales teams
- Manage customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Manage quote and opportunity follow up
- Onboard new accounts with account executive
- Oversee daily support team communications
- Perform monthly spend analysis and standards management review
- Prepare analyze and present client activity reports
- Prepare and provide customer quotes for complex solutions
- Provide RMA escalation assistance
- Provide proactive direct sales support
- Register deals in sales system
- Review velocity proposals for pricing accuracy
- Support onboarding of account executives
- Train and mentor inside sales support reps
