Tasks
- Coordinate deployments to US production
- Define backup disaster recovery and monitoring procedures
- Document IT procedures and create user guides and training
- Ensure cloud infrastructure availability performance and security
- Implement and test backup and disaster recovery plans
- Maintain HIPAA SOC2 and FedRAMP continuously compliant state
- Maintain system documentation and runbooks
- Manage device and asset using Microsoft Intune
- Manage helpdesk and resolve IT tickets in Jira Service Management
- Manage user and system access control
- Monitor systems performance uptime and security
- Prepare for SOC2 audits and FedRAMP authorization packages
- Provide incident response and root cause analysis
- Serve as technical point of contact for infrastructure alerts
- Support AWS infrastructure operations
- Troubleshoot cloud application issues
