Senior Security Incident Responder
Tasks
- Collect preserve and analyze forensic evidence
- Conduct post incident reviews and track actions
- Coordinate with Legal Privacy Risk and Technology Operations
- Ensure audit ready documentation and artifacts
- Execute and oversee containment eradication and recovery
- Handle complex incident escalations
- Identify opportunities for incident response automation
- Improve incident response playbooks and SOPs
- Lead investigations for high severity security incidents
- Mentor security incident responders
- Partner with detection engineering threat intelligence and automation teams
- Perform threat analysis using security telemetry
- Provide technical updates to senior stakeholders
- Serve as technical incident commander when delegated
