Cybersecurity Operations Manager - REMOTE
Tasks
- Collaborate with IT cloud services and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments security reviews compliance evaluations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments log analysis and forensic investigations
- Deliver security posture reporting technical and executive
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics
- Ensure timely response to alerts and incidents
- Establish and track KPIs for service delivery
- Evaluate and improve security workflows and processes
- Identify automation opportunities for efficiency
- Lead cybersecurity team daily operations
- Maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation
- Optimize SIEM and EDR tools
- Oversee managed cybersecurity services delivery
- Perform incident detection investigation and remediation
- Provide escalation support for security incidents
- Secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Support healthcare security compliance
- Support internal and external audits and remediation
- Support onboarding of new clients into cybersecurity services
