- Create customer deliverables and technical documentation
- Create remediation recommendations
- Design Microsoft Entra ID improvements
- Develop implementation roadmaps
- Enable Zero Trust programs
- Harden M365 and Azure security controls
- Implement identity governance
- Implement role-based access control
- Perform security technical assessments
- Plan FIDO2 security key deployments
- Support ITDR initiatives
- Support SIEM and SOC initiatives
- Support passwordless authentication
- Validate security recommendations in customer environments
