- Allocate resources and manage workload

- Architect and maintain secure CI CD pipelines
- Design and optimize cloud infrastructure
- Drive observability with dashboards alerts and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 ISO 27001 NIST PCI and HIPAA
- Implement Policy-as-Code frameworks
- Implement automated testing scanning and compliance checks
- Implement infrastructure-as-code
- Lead and mentor DevSecOps engineers
- Lead incident response and on-call rotations
- Maintain documentation runbooks and operational standards
- Manage Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Manage team goals and performance
- Monitor and respond to security events with SIEM and CSPM
- Oversee monitoring incident response and performance tuning
- Oversee secrets management and access controls
- Partner with engineering security product and operations teams
- Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements
- Perform threat modeling vulnerability management and risk assessments
