Tasks
- Design and maintain scalable enterprise infrastructure
- Develop cybersecurity frameworks policies and governance
- Directly manage and develop IT team
- Ensure HIPAA and FDA compliance for IT systems
- Ensure high availability, reliability and performance
- Implement data loss prevention for sensitive research data
- Lead ERP and QMS integration and enterprise platform modernization
- Lead computer system validation for GxP systems
- Lead identity and access management including SSO and MFA
- Maintain incident response plan for regulated medical device environment
- Manage GDPR data protection obligations
- Manage IT budgeting forecasting and technology investment planning
- Manage external technology vendors and managed service providers
- Manage secure connectivity for corporate and R and D networks
- Manage vendor risk and third party security assessments
- Oversee hybrid cloud environments
- Own IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Provide IT security readiness materials for investor and customer assessments
- Support FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
- Support ISO 27001 certification planning
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
