- Analyze policy adoption and leak attempts
- Collect customer cybersecurity feedback
- Convert pilot POCs into deployments
- Debug policy false positives
- Deliver SOC style reporting to CISOs
- Develop DLP policies and tuning
- Drive customer onboarding
- Lead technical account management
- Manage and coach customer success team
- Monitor customer cyber health
- Partner with engineering to reproduce DLP gaps
- Plan and run executive playbooks
- Predict and prevent churn
- Support red team workshops
- Triage and prioritize DLP issues
