Tasks
- Assess security controls effectiveness
- Conduct risk analysis for major system changes
- Determine cybersecurity compliance
- Develop and integrate cyber strategy
- Develop cybersecurity policy plans and strategy
- Develop security risk management plan
- Draft cyber policy
- Maintain information systems assurance and accreditation materials
- Monitor risk compliance and assurance efforts
- Perform cybersecurity framework assessments
- Perform security reviews and identify security gaps
- Plan security authorization reviews and assurance case development
- Provide performance feedback
- Provide policy guidance to cyber management staff and users
- Respond to incidents
- Review and participate in audits of cyber programs and projects
- Serve as customer facing CISO
- Supervise assess and train associates
- Verify security posture implementation and document deviations
