Incident Response Engineer (Pacific time)
Tasks
- Document runbooks and implement automation
- Identify root causes and prevent recurrence
- Improve alerting for infrastructure services and business logic
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability
- Manage incident war rooms and escalations
- Orchestrate outage resolution with multiple teams
- Perform deep dive incident troubleshooting
- Research blockchain workflows and optimize monitoring
- Write incident reports and define next steps
