Tasks
- Build infrastructure architecture roadmap
- Capture as is architecture state and define to be transition
- Conduct architecture governance design through design build run pipeline
- Create review cycle for standards blueprints and templates
- Develop end-to-end solution designs
- Ensure designs meet architecture security and quality standards
- Evolve vendor and marketplace engagement activity
- Keep updated on infrastructure architecture technologies
- Lead infrastructure architecture design and modelling
- Maintain architecture repository roadmaps and governance reporting
- Manage and mentor infrastructure architects
- Manage front door for new technology requests
- Manage infrastructure portfolio evolution
- Negotiate with suppliers and partner agencies
- Plan and lead infrastructure architecture delivery pipeline
- Prioritize technical debt removal
- Provide architecture reports and recommendations
- Provide escalation and issue resolution
- Track design deliverables through lifecycle
