Incident Response Analyst II
Tasks
- Analyze and triage incident alerts
- Communicate incident updates using notification tools
- Create and manage incident tickets in ITSM
- Escalate incidents to cross-functional teams
- Maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles
- Monitor Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and cloud dashboards
- Monitor alarms and alerts across data center infrastructure
- Prepare post incident reviews and incident documentation
- Review CCTV activity for security events
- Track vendor maintenance changes and service advisories
