Incident Response Manager
Tasks
- Act as escalation point for critical tasks
- Attract retain and develop team members
- Communicate incident concepts to technical and non technical audiences
- Delegate tasks and remove impediments
- Detect investigate and respond to cyber security events
- Lead incident response on call escalation
- Lead security training and process improvements
- Manage incident response operations
- Perform emergency after hours response
- Produce incident reports with analysis and recommendations
- Provide people management and technical leadership
- Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents
- Use metrics and threat intelligence to improve security posture
