Tasks
- Align sending infrastructure DNS records and domain ownership
- Analyse DMARC aggregate and forensic reports
- Configure and troubleshoot Proofpoint email security modules
- Define and enforce DMARC policy posture
- Investigate authentication failures and false positives
- Own and manage SPF DKIM DMARC policies
- Prevent misconfiguration and shadow domains
- Provide L3 support for Proofpoint related issues
- Provide subject matter expertise for DNS based email authentication records
- Review and approve email authentication requests
- Support incident response for domain impersonation threats
- Validate sub domain usage and security policy inheritance
