- Administer access control and account administration
- Analyze client cybersecurity investments
- Conduct cybersecurity risk and incident response activities
- Ensure SLA support requests
- Implement and review automated cybersecurity monitoring
- Maintain security documentation and incident register
- Maintain software license register
- Manage and administer infrastructure and data systems
- Manage real time infrastructure incidents
- Monitor infrastructure applications and operations security
- Perform change management
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance
- Perform system administration
- Produce monthly security metrics dashboard and reporting
- Troubleshoot cybersecurity issues
