Security Operations Specialist

Tasks
- Attend training and shadowing activities and obtain certifications
- Collaborate to improve analytics and reduce false positives
- Escalate unresolved incidents
- Identify and improve SOC processes and procedures
- Identify record and escalate service performance trends anomalies and SLA breaches
- Monitor triage investigate remediate resolve cyber incidents
- Participate in SOC projects analytics development and SOP creation
- Perform quality assurance ticket reviews
- Perform root cause analysis
- Provide client support manage tickets and handle calls
- Provide mentorship and guidance using SOC methodologies and templates
- Provide technical knowledge transfer
- Serve as escalation point for SOC analysts
