Sr. Security Advisor, Falcon Complete (Remote)
Tasks
- Assess customer Falcon environment
- Contact customers on misalignment
- Create and recommend remediation
- Document and resolve customer issues
- Ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards
- Partner with internal teams for customer satisfaction
- Provide service reports and statistics
- Recommend security improvements
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of technical issues
