Senior Security Engineer
Tasks
- Assess and mitigate security risks across on premises and AWS environments
- Audit network devices and security appliances and recommend configurations
- Automate security monitoring alerting and compliance checks
- Conduct phishing campaigns and security awareness training
- Develop and maintain security policies procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with third party vendor security policies
- Execute Incident Response Plan
- Implement encryption retention deletion and forensic destruction
- Lead penetration testing initiatives and coordinate third party assessments
- Manage endpoint and network security tooling for vulnerability detection
- Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents
- Perform security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans
- Report security status vulnerabilities and improvement plans
- Review Windows Active Directory and GPO configurations
- Review access logs and provide reports for audits
