Tasks
- Coordinate incident troubleshooting with other teams
- Create and manage automation tools for provisioning tasks
- Design integrate and deploy identity solutions
- Implement identity and access management policies standards and procedures
- Maintain secure system through configuration and monitoring
- Manage multi domain hybrid Active Directory and Azure AD
- Migrate on prem Active Directory to Azure Active Directory
- Monitor alerts and perform service health checks
- Participate in audits and compliance activities
- Participate in standups and operational meetings
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Plan and test vendor patch releases
- Provide on call support during shifts
- Support access certifications and access management
- Support incident management within SLAs
