Customer Success Manager
Tasks
- Aggregate customer feedback for product improvements
- Classify root cause for issues
- Co manage retention quota with renewal manager
- Conduct executive business reviews with deployment health data
- Conduct technical health checks
- Coordinate with engineering support and professional services
- Develop product knowledge of DLP and DSPM
- Diagnose and resolve product issues
- Distinguish technical dissatisfaction from NPS
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity
- Own technical customer relationship
- Provide diagnostic artifacts to engineering
- Reproduce and validate reported issues
- Support renewal negotiations with technical evidence
- Unblock stalled implementations
