Tasks
- Automate M365 tasks with PowerShell
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical needs
- Configure multi factor authentication and conditional access
- Contribute to knowledge base and training materials
- Create update and remove user accounts assign licenses and configure permissions
- Document root causes and implement preventive measures
- Enforce Data Loss Prevention policies
- Lead resolution of challenging IT incidents
- Maintain documentation of client environments and configurations
- Manage user identities with EntraID
- Mentor level one engineers
- Monitor and manage client IT infrastructure
- Perform routine maintenance updates and system optimizations
- Provide advanced technical support to clients
- Provide status updates and technical recommendations
- Resolve escalated incidents and service requests
- Support M365 security center alerts and suspicious activity
- Troubleshoot M365 ecosystem issues
- Troubleshoot SharePoint Teams and M365 permission issues
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues
