Technical Support Engineer
Tasks
- Document customer incidents
- Escalate critical issues to Technical Support Manager
- Liaise with Engineering Sales and Field Engineer teams
- Manage customer communication and expectations
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provide phone, email, and chat support
- Resolve or escalate customer incidents
- Respond to configure and report incidents
- Track issue status with customers
- Transition issues to Engineering and product enhancements to Product Management
- Troubleshoot and debug customer problems
