Incident Response Analyst II
Tasks
- Acknowledge and classify incidents
- Assess severity and operational impact
- Coordinate emergency response activities
- Coordinate incident bridges and communications
- Document event timelines and actions
- Escalate incidents using escalation paths
- Investigate alarms and abnormal conditions
- Maintain incident records in ticketing systems
- Monitor CCTV and validate incidents
- Monitor building management systems
- Monitor data center infrastructure management
- Monitor electrical power monitoring systems
- Monitor environmental sensors
- Monitor fire detection and suppression systems
- Perform post-incident reviews
- Perform preliminary root cause analysis
- Produce incident reports and shift summaries
- Support emergency drills and business continuity exercises
- Support operational improvement and lessons learned
- Support trend analysis and recurring issue identification
