Incident Response Analyst II
Tasks
- Acknowledge and classify alarms
- Assess incident severity and impact
- Conduct preliminary root cause analysis
- Coordinate emergency response and restoration activities
- Coordinate incident bridges and communications
- Ensure compliance with SOPs MOPs EOPs runbooks and playbooks
- Escalate incidents using procedures
- Investigate alarms and abnormal conditions
- Maintain incident records in ticketing systems
- Monitor CCTV and review footage
- Monitor facility infrastructure
- Participate in emergency drills and business continuity exercises
- Perform incident documentation and event timelines
- Produce incident reports and shift summaries
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement
- Support trend analysis and KPI SLA reporting
