Incident Response Analyst II
Tasks
- Acknowledge and classify alarms
- Assess incident severity and impact
- Conduct preliminary root cause analysis
- Coordinate incident communications
- Document event timelines and response actions
- Escalate incidents using escalation paths
- Follow SOPs MOPs EOPs runbooks playbooks
- Investigate and respond to alarms
- Lead incident bridges during critical events
- Maintain incident records and ticketing updates
- Monitor CCTV and validate incidents
- Monitor PDUs and cooling HVAC CRAC CRAH alarms
- Monitor UPS battery generator and ATS alarms
- Monitor building management systems
- Monitor data center infrastructure management
- Monitor electrical power monitoring systems
- Monitor environmental sensors and leak detection
- Monitor fire detection and suppression systems
- Perform trend analysis for recurring issues
- Produce incident reports and shift summaries
- Support KPI and SLA reporting
- Support emergency drills and business continuity exercises
