Tasks
- Align platform capabilities to customer goals and security requirements
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure aligned customer experience
- Deliver enablement content demos videos architectural diagrams training assets
- Guide enterprise evaluation adoption expansion of cybersecurity platform
- Lead customer demos presentations technical storytelling
- Lead proof of concept design and execution
- Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities beta features enhancements
- Provide product feedback to product management
- Represent company at industry events webinars and field engagements
- Serve as primary technical advisor
