Tasks
- Communicate with customers and management
- Configure maintain and troubleshoot Windows servers
- Configure maintain and troubleshoot Windows workstations
- Develop and edit standard operating procedures
- Mentor staff and coordinate technical support
- Monitor and route service tickets
- Prepare service desk reports and metrics
- Provide day to day oversight of service desk staff
- Record document and close incidents
- Resolve escalated incidents
