Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Cybersecurity / DLP
Tasks
- Analyze leak attempts and blocked events
- Collect customer cybersecurity feedback
- Conduct customer site visits and field workshops
- Configure and tune data loss prevention policies
- Coordinate with engineering on DLP gaps
- Debug policy false positives
- Hire train and manage customer success team
- Lead technical account management
- Manage customer success for cybersecurity platform
- Monitor customer cyber health metrics
- Onboard enterprise customers
- Plan and run executive customer playbooks
- Predict churn and prevent churn
- Reproduce and prioritize DLP issues
