Tasks
- Align with sales leadership on account growth handoffs
- Coordinate cross-functional resources
- Define and execute SASE customer success strategy
- Develop customer lifecycle playbooks
- Drive shift to cloud native SASE consumption model
- Establish customer success KPIs
- Lead mentor and scale customer success engineering team
- Manage at risk accounts with get well plans
- Partner with product and engineering on customer feedback
- Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise accounts
