- Collect frontline DLP feedback for product improvements
- Coordinate with Engineering to reproduce and fix DLP gaps
- Debug DLP policy false positives
- Deliver CISO updates on DLP performance
- Lead Technical Account Management and Customer Success
- Manage and coach customer success team
- Manage customer deployments and long term success
- Monitor customer cyber health using real time signals
- Onboard enterprise customers for DLP platform adoption
- Reduce churn by preventing customer issues
